GoldVein Culinary is a collaboration between Tobias Hangler and David Wolkerstorfer of Austria and Eatingtools founder Abe Shaw. Every blade steel is developed in-house, molten, cast, and forged by hand using proprietary alloys formulated specifically for culinary use. From ancient Austrian bog oak to pure 24k gold, each object is designed from the ground up with no equal as the standard. The most ambitious knives we have ever offered.
