Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our New York location and are always hand packed with care to ensure safe arrival. A few items are made to order and take longer to ship, and this is noted on their respective pages. Products labeled "Pre-Order" will specify an estimated shipping date. Carriers & Prices

Delivery is available within the United States and Internationally via UPS and USPS. Rates are based on your exact shipping address to ensure we charge the right amount. Orders over $100 receive free USPS Priority Shipping to US addresses.

Delivery Time

We offer a selection of UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. Keep in mind that some methods may not be available for all addresses.

Order Tracking

Most delivery methods provide package tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment information and a link to track your package.

International Delivery

We ship to nearly every country and continent in the world. We offer US Postal Service Priority Mail International and First Class International shipping methods as well as UPS International to most locations. We will provide tracking and delivery confirmation for any destination where those options are available. International Taxes and Duties

As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. In some cases the payment of these may be necessary to release your order from Customs on arrival.
