Spijk Selby is a blacksmith and coppersmith now working from his own forge in Copenhagen, Denmark, carrying on the hand-raised and hand-forged traditions he first took up as a teenager in New York's Hudson Valley. This collection marks his debut with Eatingtools: hand-raised and spun copper cookware, forged steel-handled skillets and sauté pans, hammer-textured serving plates, and copper cheese houses, each piece built with the same scholar's attention to material and craft that's defined his work from the start.
