Wilko Verboom trained as an engineer before becoming a bladesmith, and that precision shows in every handcrafted chef knife he builds from his workshop in the Netherlands. His debut piece, Tusk & Tide, a one-time offering built from eighty thousand layers of folded damascus and fossilized mammoth tusk recovered from Doggerland, marks just the beginning of his collection here.
