Dylan Ambrosini forges knives from his studio in Chicago, arriving at bladesmithing when the restaurant kitchens that shaped his early career shut down in 2020. His work carries that kitchen background forward in function and a lifelong love of history forward in form, from hand-forged house-made damascus to engraving done entirely by hand with hammer and graver.
