Torbjörn Lundström, or "Tobbe" as he is known, builds heirloom-quality custom chef knives and cutlery for the dining table at his shop outside of Åre, Sweden. Employing stainless damascus Damasteel for blades, locally foraged reindeer antler and woods, bog oak and other beautiful and reclaimed materials, Tobbe is able to produce tools that would not be out of place behind glass in a museum, yet are prized by chefs for their cutting ability and comfort in the hand.
