"At Stage Coach Forge we continue the blacksmithing legacy of old world craftsmanship to create forged cookware that is beautiful, quality and with sustainability in mind."

Meet The Makers

Stage Coach Farm Forge - Oregon

Run by founders Ryan Sanden and Jessy Bird, Stage Coach Forge is a family operation creating heirloom cookware and utensils at their farm in Oregon State. Ryan, a master blacksmith with over two decades of experience in metalwork, is the creative force behind the beautifully designed wares in the collection, from the forged carbon steel wok and skillets to the unique and elegant kitchen tongs, ladle, and the rest. Passionate about open fire grilling, Ryan's aesthetic is one of hand-hewn, rustic style in purposefully built forms where no detail is overlooked. Jessy is the business' 'Jill of all trades,' a talented recipe developer and food photographer, she leads cookware testing and quality control among her multitude of duties. With a farm-first approach to natural living, the gorgeous objects that Ryan and Jessy create are extensions of their passion for slow, no-fuss family food and life, and we are incredibly impressed with the results of their labor.
