A life-long farmer and charcuterie maker and connoisseur, Fingal knows a thing or two about cutting performance and he builds every knife to get the job done with efficiency and style. Longer than some of his serrated slicing tools, this 257mm stainless steel blade features a pointed, more aggressive tip purposefully shaped for all manner of bread cutting, sandwich parting, and so much more. For comfort and control this build is dressed in elegant poplar burl atop liners of black G10, altogether sculpted in his recognizable profile, and secured with two flush stainless-steel pins.
