Living Steel in Andy Baraghani's Incredible Cookbook

 

Chef, author, and ex-Senior Food Editor at Bon Appétit, Andy Baraghani penned his first cookbook in 2022, The Cook You Want To Be, and we are honored that he features in its pages our Classic Chef LS235, the same blade he cooks with in his own kitchen. Andy shares his life-long love of food, mentioning how as a child he travelled to Paris with his family and was offered one souvenir, and when his sister chose high heels, he chose a fancy 5-course meal. His career began in his teens at Berkeley, CA, restaurant Chez Panisse, and he then studied at New York University and worked in several NYC restaurants before transitioning to become a food writer and editor with Tasting Table and Bon Appétit.
