In Tobbe Lundström's iconic style, a striking 234mm / 9.2" chef knife shaped from Swedish-made Damasteel stainless damascus steel, with hand-forged carbon damascus dragon bolsters by Sweden's Mastersmith Mattias Styrefors. Behind Mattias' extraordinary blacksmith art is a ring of fossilized mammoth tooth, and then finally a sculpted piece of locally sourced birch burl, secured with a mosaic pin.
