The prehistoric namesake of this stunning Tobbe Lundström chef knife are the incredible triceratops damascus bolsters by Sweden's Mastersmith Mattias Styrefors. Completing the handle beyond Mattias' art are spacers of fossilized mammoth tooth followed by beautifully, locally sourced birch wood secured by a mosaic pin and a single, flush steel pin. The 234mm / 9.2" blade is shaped, as with all of Tobbe's work, from Damasteel stainless damascus steel, created in small batches not from Tobbe's workshop in Sweden's East. Convex bevels and a sharp, hard edge provide the cutting power to make this a daily workhorse for even the busiest kitchens. In reclaimed barn siding, the custom saya made by Tobbe includes a mammoth tooth pin.
