Polished, in every sense of the word, a rather striking, one-of-a-kind integral chef knife designed, forged, and finished by Australian bladesmith Saul Kokkinos-Kennedy. In 1084 carbon steel with a stunning, finely brushed finish, the blade emerges from the bolster with bold facets that extend both down the arched choil to the point of the heel, and along the spine to the blade's tip. Thin edge geometry and a distal taper that lead to a pointedly fine tip combine with a weighted overall feel to create one well-rounded knife. The handle of dessert ironwood with G10 and brass spacers an, of course, turn heads on its own.
