By bladesmith Nick Anger, hand-forged from a uniquely inspired mosaic damascus steel pattern of his creation, this knife's character is defined in no small part by the aggressively shaped, upswept edge profile, perfect for slciing and carving work, but also guaranteed to bring delight to any and all daily kitchen work. The blade moves quickly and efficiently in the hand, tapering to a slim tip and thin behind the edge, it nonetheless maintains ample strength and rigidity for more demanding ingredients and cuts. Sculpted from a gorgeous, dark piece of pale moon ebony, the handle is comfortable and minimalist, transitioning throgh a spacer of black micarta before merging with the blade's integral bolster.
