Mocha Copper Gyuto 205mm

Forged from V-Toku2 carbon steel clad in pure nickel, copper, and brass, this tall, solid gyuto's mid-height bevels leave ample steel for weight and strength, and plenty of space for the very thin, very sharp edge geometry you expect from Australian James Oatley. At 205mm / 8" long with  a lofty 60mm heel height, it's a chef's knife for every meal, every day. As is custom from James, a comfortable, beautiful, hand-filling handle, slightly oval in the back and tapering forward, is sculpted from dyed maple and fitted with a copper ferrule. A matching maple saya with copper pin is included.
