Our first piece from world-class craftsman Ian Rogers of Haburn Knives, this striking custom chef knife forged from house-made stainless san mai steel provides 252mm / 9.92" of cutting edge that stands 56mm tall at the heel. Dark, etched 52100 carbon steel at the edge gives way to a band of nickel and cladding of satin-finished stainless. Classic in style with Ian's touch of style and a pop of color, the handle consists of beautiful maple burl with a polished stainless bolster and spacers of carbon fiber and reconstituted stone.
