We're excited to offer this unique opportunity to own a rare and special piece by the bladesmith and artist behind Haburn Knives, Ian Rogers. Previously owned, this knife was never used, but nonetheless has been completely refinished by Ian with a fresh polish and etch. Forged from Ian's own feather pattern carbon damascus steel, the 151mm / 5.9" blade offers an elegant and refined profile with a touch of curvature, enough to rock nicely on the board, and a long, thin, razor-sharp edge and pointed tip for slicing and detail work, whether in the kitchen or at the dining table. In exhibition-grade Hawaiian Koa, the wa style handle in shield profile, rounded along the bottom with three facets completing the top third, tapers from back to front, capped on each end with Ian's stunning damascus, first via the integral forged bolster, and in the rear with a sculpted butt cap. In the hand this knife is capable of melting hearts.
