Versatile and hard working, the full-size Blenheim Gyuto, with a blade length of 220mm / 8.66", forged from a damascus-clad san mai formula with Japanese Aogami Blue carbon steel edge, is strong, thin, and razor-sharp, making it the ideal tool for chopping vegetables atop a cutting board, slicing meat, and much more. Minimal in design, and the space that it takes up, the two-piece knife stand is easy to assemble and keeps your knives close while displaying them handsomely on the countertop.
