A combo ready to tackle any task at hand is this pair of blades from Master Shin In-young and his team at their South 

Korean blacksmith shop. Both knives are traditionally crafted with textured, rustic carbon steel blades, natural hickory handles, and forged steel rings. At 170mm long and nearly 50mm tall at the heel, the medium chef knife is strong and sharp with a hard, capable, and versatile edge, crafted to handle cutting and chopping tasks of any size. Paired with a petite bird's beak style paring knife for handheld trimming and peeling, this rustic duo can feel at home in kitchens large and small.
