Freshly from the workshop comes this one-of-a-kind 250mm / 9.84" chef knife handmade in Åre, Sweden by Tobbe Lundström in twist pattern Damasteel stainless damascus. Standing 51mm tall, the long, sharp, thin blade tapers to a fine point, built for daily use and designed to command attention everywhere it goes. The stunning handle bolsters, hand forged in Sweden to the north of Tobbe by Mastersmith Mattias Styrefors, feature imagery of stallions, free to roam the open plains, much like the knife itself. Locally sourced spruce burl and walrus tusk complete the handle. Included is a saya made from reclaimed barn siding with a hand-carved reindeer antler pin.
