From Saul Kokkinos-Kenney, an exquisite chef knife with pronounced compound 'S-grind' bevel geometry and unique handle including hand-forged mokume bolster. The mallee burl is sculpted into a curvaceous form into which Saul is able to seamlessly incorporate facets on every side. With stepped-down, heirloom fit, the mallee gives way to the house-made mokume gane, rounded and comfortable especially in the pinch grip. Moving forward from the bolster is a two-tone blade of 52100 carbon steel, with forge-finished flats contrasted by tumbled and etched bevels above a razor-sharp edge.
