Offset Half-Feather Slicer 237mm

Bladesmith Casey Vilensky's wonderful use of a house-made feather pattern damascus billet for an offset blade results in just half of the pattern being visible, except where the full feather is viewable just in front of the handle before the blade steps down and readies for use. A special piece available in time for serving holiday roasts, birds, and hams, the blade features a beautiful, upswept profile and thin, sharp edge, forged by hand from the high contrast, cross-cut damascus. Equally as striking is the handle, in tall, slim, octagonal form, comfortable and hand-filling, shaped from ancient bog oak with rings of white linen micarta.
