Forged from Bryan's well-known, house-made blade formula consisting of a 145sc ("super clean") small-batch carbon steel edge and XC10 mild steel cladding, it is thin, hard, and razor sharp, with a fine, pointed tip and silky kasumi finish along the low bevels. Balanced around one inch in front of the blade's 49mm tall heel, this slicing tool is comfortable and an absolute pleasure to hold.
