SCAR Spoon

Carved from a piece of mountain Rhododendrum collected near 'Triple Falls' in Highlands, NC, the flowering plant's hard branch has left a beatiful 'live edge' of untouched material for carver Terry Widner to incorporate into his design. Natural and full of character on the handle's top, including the long scar from which the spoon derives its name, the beautifully sculpted bowl and lower handle section are smooth and elegant in contrast. The form of the handle provides wonderful grip and feel in the hand, allowing the beautifully shaped bowl to be used for any number of applications in the kitchen or dining room.
